Not the fabric they advertise

Not the fabric they advertise. Cheap and nasty material. And once you challenge them, they deny you access to their website, this company keep asking to close my PayPal dispute to fully refund me, never close a paypal dispute as you will lose your protection rights. A company can still process a full refund with a paypal dispute open. This is a trick, they are also asking me to edit my review on here for a full refund, so in other words l, they are asking me to write a kinder review in order to get my full refund AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible quality shirts (rum themed)

Terrible quality shirts (rum themed). Images are not clear. One shirt was blurry and another the image was enlarged and lost its crisp outline. Poorly made, particularly around the neck. Not the fabric pictured in ad. Would not buy again. Trying to return them. Tried to go back to website and got a message, access restricted by owner.

Customer Service and Care

I do not recall the last time a company took the time to assist me, in all areas. They have shown amazing follow through, with areas of concern. I made errors with my order and they responded quickly and issued a full refund. I was never more satisfied than I have been with this company. They ensure all issues are addressed quickly. They have shown great efforts to make me satisfied. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jolie Peak and plan to recommend them to family, friends, coworkers, etc. Thank you do much for making sure I experienced wonderful customer service!!

Shirts run small so my actually size…

Shirts run small so my actually size didn't fit. So when I received my order and the shirts didn't fit I reached out to there customer service. Which was excellent they reissued me another order with the correct size and kelp me up to date when they sent it out. And it even arrived faster than my first order so Thanks again to everyone that got involved.. Well Appreciated 👏
