Jollyes The Pet People - Belfast Boucher Road Opiniões

Staff was very helpful and attentive

Loved the staff, guys really friendly.

The customer service I received was very personal & friendly. I usually use a competitor close by but your Boucher Road store was a delight to visit & very informative of products so it is my new go to now.

First time in the Boucher road Belfast store, very impressed by how clean and well stocked it was, also staff members were very pleasant.

Staff very helpful…. Even carried all my purchases out to my car!

Friendly staff, very helpful and supportive. This was our first experience with Jollyes. Will definitely return in the future. Gave us great advice when buying our 2 budgies. We are delighted with them

Brilliant place, so much different things to pick from

I cannot fault the staff, however, we bought a little rabbit and he/she passed away within a week with gut problems, only a little baby. My daughter was traumatised as the little thing took its last breath in her arms. Surely the vet should have picked up on the wee rabbits health as his/her stomach was swollen when we got it, we just put it down to being so young.

Good value purchase of dog food.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

The young salesman was extremely helpful and

That things were easy to find good lay out friendly staff

Good to see an alternative to pets at home with a wide selection of pet supplies, good prices and excellent service.

Staff always pleasant and very helpful and raw food products are excellent.

Customer service was the best I’ve seen in a long time. Couldn’t have been more helpful .

Staff were very friendly and most helpful but I don't think my points have been added for what we purchased yesterday.

Erin at the Boucher road store was sooo helpful.

This is a fantastic store with such a lovely team who are super friendly and so professional.
