Very jolly store :)
Went to the store specifically for cat litter, advisor helped me carry the litter to the till, made me feel welcomed and valued, shall be returning again :)

Always greeted by friendly staff who have good product knowledge and are happy to help and chat. Especially Donna, who always recognises customers and pets names. She is extremely bubbly and friendly. She definitely needs extra recognition, she is a credit to your company.
Shelves are always well stocked with a great variety of products.
Often have promotions on pet food.
Great variety of own brand dog food. Although I would like the option to buy a larger bag of the senior low calorie food.
