Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. I really like Jolleys, they have some fantastic products at great prices, they have a huge selection of dog treats that are brilliant and my dogs love them. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I find their own products to be of high quality, they offer great advice and excellent prices.

Good selection of products
Good selection of products, I buy dog food there, I was served by a very pleasant young man who was also very helpful.
Also near my home which is a bonus.

So much choice
So much choice. All the amazing toys & food & everything else in there for dogs & cats are a million times better than anything I've seen on Amazon. Plenty of parking unlike retail parks which are huge traffic gridlocks. Take a visit to purchase some stuff for your pet and make it into an outing, grab a Subway inside the SPAR & visit the Barnardo's charity shop, there is a pharmacy there too, fish & chip shop, amazon lockers you name it, all next door!

Excellent service as always
Excellent service as always. I required a branded product but was advised of a cheaper alternative. This worked just as well (as I later found out). The person serving me took time to interact with my dog, gave a couple of treats. All in all a good experience. Thank you
