We came in to get a harness for our labrador we didn't have a clue which was the best one the young lady that helped us was very helpful and took her time fitting the harness excellent customer service.

normally ok, failed this time
I ordered 3 bags of Hills oral care for cats in view of the offer of 3 for 2 & free delivery over the weekend. Only 1 was delivered - that came from hemel hempstead - couldn't the 3 bags be sourced elsewhere if not coming from my chosen store? Why so few bags held in stock? - take down the offer if so. An email said I would be refunded. No sign of a refund yet.

No benefit to being in pet club
Love the variety at Jolleyes but don’t get any benefit from the pets club. I got sent one voucher and it expired immediately. Compared to pets at home who regularly give me vouchers. Jolleyes is local to me and the staff are always friendly so just a few more benefits to belonging to the pets club would be great.
