Smashing pet store run by staff who really seem to genuinely care about pets and their owners huge range of pet supplies at very affordable prices

Staff were very helpful and pleasant as they always are. As a regular visitor they new what I regularly purchased and advised me what was a good price that day, which we did purchase.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Shops gone down .no help in loading my vehicle. (Big shop).,young kids more interested in looking at there phones...never again..go somewhere where my custom in appreciate

Good pet shop

Well stocked with just about everything you’d need for your pet. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable prices.

pleasant and helpful

Two really pleasant and helpful members of staff. There was just one bag of the product I wanted on the shelf and no others in the store room. I was advised that I was welcome to 'phone the next day to see if more product had been delivered to the store.

The pay system didn’t work so had to…

The pay system didn’t work so had to wait a while for that, staff average customer service skills no more, they were not aware of the £5 voucher I was trying to use. I was the only customer in the shop at 9:10 am so could have received better. I didn’t have a )1 for the trolley, I was told tills can’t be opened until a purchase is made, so I had to borrow a token.
