I found the staff at your Reading Store happy to help and knowledgeable of the products you sold. I was looking for a dog bowl for short nosed dogs to help my pug reach her food with Buster Collar on.

I know that the products my cats need are in stock and I know where to find them.

Well, we’ve only just got our dog recently had animals in the past and we’ve always used the other high Street outlets but couldn’t be more happier with Jollyes overall… everything from the staff not being pushy at all to the on-site vet we used for our puppies second vaccination I would rather travel 20 to 30 minutes to one Jollyes shops then use the other pet shops that are 5 minutes drive

The staff are nice and friendly but I feel they need more training on products, I wanted to buy a harness the female staff that was dealing with me didn't know how to fit it she called a male colleague who also had no clue, the next harness did not fit him properly but she was trying to say it was fine, even another customer said that doesn't look right, so they lost a sale i expect the staff to know how to fit a harness

Well every time they get some new food in tin cans of dog meat,I all ways look on there website to see what sorts of dog meat they get in and when you do see that i husky would like they do say we don't have it stock so leave a message which i all ways but they even email me either which is not good as I have a vip .

I manage to get the bird food that I usually buy for my parrots. Recently, I haven’t been able to find it in my usual store in Enfield. The bonus was that I had a discount voucher which was automatically applied to my purchase. There was a wide range of products. The store was very neat and tidy. Only flaw would be is that staff was not friendly having said that it was at the end of the day!

Excellent company. Always polite. Helpful and very reasonable in prices with good sales and deal on the food I buy for the rabbits. Even get free goody bags of treats every so often though it is rare for anything but dogs and cats. If they offered deals like they do cats and dogs ne treats more often i would give 5 stars
