Jollyes The Pet People - St Helens Opiniões

Always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff
My dog loves a trip to Jollyes 🐾

Polite, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We had been in a few days prior and the staff were helpful both times. Really knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for you. Would recommend everytime.

The service is usually good the staff are usually friendly but I went in a few times last week and I asked for help finding the perfect harness for my dog as he seems to rough the R&R ones a little much and they don’t last but we’ve always used them. The lady gave us all of her attention and helped us try on harnesses, adjust them and gave nothing but love to my dog. Also working the same day (Saturday 17th) a man he’s always there and he’s always super friendly with everyone he deserves lots of praise too! The woman really touched my heart how far she went to help me and my pooch but the lads service and attitude was 10/10 and always is! I’m sorry I didn’t get either of their names but both worked the till and I didn’t notice any other members in.
Rambling a little but the girls upstairs doing the pet grooming are amazing and I wouldn’t trust my pet with anyone else!!

Great choice

I love bringing my pup home to be groomed at Jolleys. The staff are so friendly and Puppa looks gorgeous when I collect him 💙🩷

Love this place. Great prices on a lot of things, plenty of variety. Especially love the pick and mix dog chews like puffed chicken feet and pigs ears. Well our dog does anyways. Hope they open more stores Preston and beyond

The assistant was lovely

Attended to immediately lovely friendly service staff were caring and very efficient. Will definitely go again .In fact I've booked my Dachs. In for full groom.Happy days.

Good stock range. Helpful and friendly staff.

My 2 dogs were booked it for their 1st groom and we will definitely book again. The ladies were welcoming to the dogs and genuinely showed affection. Unfortunately this wasn't the case at a different local groomer. The dogs are both rescues and can be nervous of new people but on collection the dogs were very happy and calm.
I would like to thank the 2 groomers (St Helens store), I'm afraid I don't know their names but I am so grateful for your care and attention to my fur babies.
