Jollyes The Pet People - York Monks Cross Opiniões

Visited Jollyes today at Monks Cross in York to seek advice from a vet. I am in York on holiday and my 5 month old puppy has blood in her runny stools. The 'vet', who isnt the usual one i was told, was rude, uncaring and completely dismissive and unprofessional. He simply told me to see my own vet despite me explaining i was on holiday and unable to do that.
Not good enough Mr!
The female member of staff i dealt with was the total opposite, caring and helpful.

Great great staff ,was a great price at time

Friendly staff and prices are reasonable

Great store layout, easy to find products we wanted, good offers. Clean store & friendly, helpful staff.

I always have a good experience at Jolleys they are a friendly bunch in York.

Great selection of items at good prices my dog will only eat their raw food range.

Well layed out you can take pets in staff always ready to help

Friendly staff at Stevenage branch. Sometimes they don’t have the stock of the item I buy. I would like them to tailor discounts to the individual- I don’t have a dog or rabbit but that appears to be the only special discounted emails I get.

The staff are so polite and helpful. The savings and good value of the items I need are amazing and there is always something extra to pick up. I got lights for my dogs collar and they were really reasonable.

Helpful person at the till.

Great service friendly helpful staff i shop at both stores Stockton & York & staff are amazing 👏

Lovely staff

For the first time since going into the store, I met an assistant who was actually helpful, pleasant and most important liked animals, especially dogs.
Have more people like him and I am sure you will get more customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff, quick efficient service.
