Went in for the first time today to have a look, was a good experience had a little area with toys which made looking around easier as my 5 year old was entertained.
Everything was displayed well and my questions were answered well, both staff members that helped us were very polite

We had a fantastic experience shopping at Jolly Tots Birmingham. We went in looking for a pushchair, and David was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions and helping us choose everything we needed.

Thanks to David, we came away with a pram, a Moses basket, and a baby swing, and we’re really happy with all of our purchases. Nothing felt rushed, and his excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. We would highly recommend Jolly Tots Birmingham, and a big thank you to David for all of his help!
