Terrible.

Terrible.
Bad experience with this site. I ordered from Spain, and customs blocked my order. Now I've paid VAT, customs fees, and postage, which is double the purchase price. The order was $63, and I paid an additional $73 in fees. I haven't received my order since December 3rd, when I paid, and still haven't.
I'm really disappointed.

Customs Fees Make It Unprofitable

I placed an order at JOLSE for three cosmetic products totaling $66. The package was shipped from Korea and arrived quite fast — in about 10 days, which was a positive point.

At first, the prices seemed slightly better compared to buying the same products on Amazon in Spain. However, upon delivery I had to pay an additional €17.5 in customs fees. As a result, the order turned out to be not cost-effective at all.

The store does not warn or take into account possible customs charges for EU countries, which makes the final price much higher than expected. For this reason, I definitely won’t be ordering from JOLSE again — with customs fees included, it’s simply not worth it.

This review is on a handheld video game from jowsie.com I bought it for my grandchild for Christmas and it stopped working in about 4 days, they claimed 30 warranty but want pictures of shipping label, all Christmas wrapping and boxes were thrown out, I bought 2 of them they refuse to send me a new one, I will not shop with them again they sell junk and don't stand by the warranty

je commande sur jolse depuis des années et je n’ai jamais été déçue ! envois rapides, service client réactif, commandes soignées et ajouts de freebies… de loin le meilleur site de cosmétique coréenne.

Their customer service is horrendous.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I place an order for ~$100 worth of product and the tracking has been listed as “delivered” for 2 weeks, with no working tracking code that will allow me to open a case with any of these THREE shipping services they told me to.

It’s absolutely ridiculous and I will not be repurchasing after the complete lack of support given by their service team. I am genuinely shocked at how horrible this experience was and I’m just out $100 because they won’t refund me since it was “delivered.” Who knows who got my products though because it sure wasn’t me! Do not order from them.

Realicé 1 compra y no hubo ningún detalle.

Hice mi primer compra en abril 18 del 2025 y llegó el jueves 15 de mayo. En sí tardó 1 mes en llegar. Si me enviaron el seguimiento y lo estaba revisando al menos cada 3 días para ver avances. No tuve ningún detalle, mi pedido fue por menos de 50 dólares también. Se entrega por medio de Correos de México, así que pensé que iban a demorar algo más una vez estando en la paquetería, pero no, sólo tardó 1 día hábil. Llegó a paquetería el miércoles 14 de mayo y me lo entregaron el jueves 15. Aparte de que me dieron muchísimas muestras de productos, me encantó. Volveré a comprar.

Overcharged, Awful Website

Scam website -- don't believe the (sk)influencers! Paypal overcharged. Coupons/discounts say they are applied on payment screen only to find PayPal has been charged full price. Tried to immediately cancel order only to be told it was "now in transit." Customer Service would not honor coupon or cancel order.

Additionally had sale items in cart only to have payment thrown back and products charged at full price. TOTAL SCAM. Both OliveYoung and StyleKorean are far better. Will never buy from this dishonest website again.

Simply the best

They're amazing. Paying was easy, packaging was perfect and shipping was so fast it took only 5 days to arrive and I live in somewhat in a remote place I've never had something arrive this fast. I'll definitely order again and again.

Great skincare shopping!

i use jolse.com to buy skincare for a couple of years and never had a problem. Usually it takes a few working days to assemble an order, than K-packet shipping & Canada Post takes a week. My packages are arrived in 10 days (except 2024 Canada Post strike that was lasting a month so i was waiting for 2 months). But i was NOT charged extra 30-40 doll for service as UPS,FEDEX do. Very good place to buy!

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. My parcel was held by Canda post and I was never notified they had it. So the parcel returned back to Jolse. I tried to explain the situation but they only quoted that the return shipping cost is higher than what's on the website (scratchy, right?).
Even after they received my parcel, they still would not refund my money. I had to theaten Credit card dispute to recieve HALF of my money back as they claimed shipping back cost $25 .
Yeah. Never again

Completely trust them 🥳

While the first time I ordered from Jolse was a bit complicated, after them asking me to send them proof of my delivery address and the fact that I did live there, every time after that has been a success! Everything arrives to me in the UK after around a week or two, with everything being authentic, and a good amount of freebies being included! I trust them for my K-Skincare orders, and hope they continue expanding.

$90 USD order, no refund, bad customer service

I ordered $90 USD worth of products and they put my address wrong on the package. The package was returned to them and I will not get a refund or a re-shipment from them. Terrible passive-aggressive customer service too. Do not trust. $90 USD is a lot of money.

$30 worth products

I ordered $30 worth of products and I didn't get it in mail. I emailed them and they are stubborn on wanting a official lost package letter from USPS. I contacted USPS and their policy is to only provide online letter. Jolse still won't send me the products again after requesting them over and over. Will never order from them again. They are rude.

Lost me as a customer

I have made many orders with Jolse in the past, and there were never any issues. I don't mind picking up my parcel from customs and paying fees.
Last time though the customs in Frankfurt denied the parcel and shipped it right back to South Korea.
I suppose that is because the custom declaration is not filled out properly on Jolses side.
Side note - if it were, it would be so much easier for German customers, as they could pay the fees right at the door with the delivery. With a faulty declaration they require you to go to the customs office, open the parcel and show a payment receipt. Anyways, my parcel was sent back to South Korea and Jolse deemed it was only fair to make me pay for the cost of the return shipment (around 30€), and only reimburse me the rest of the order.
It breaks my heart, because Jolse not only has amazing offers, but they also carry many brands that are hard to find with other retailers, but I will no longer buy from them and can't recommend them as a retailer anymore.

I am ordering from Jolse for years now and I can only recommend this online store. Great deals, great customer support, great communication.
Nothing really to complain from, so I don't agree with the negative comments. I have more that 30 orders from Jolse and there were challenges with shipments or other issues which were not the seller's fault. However, they have always supported me as a client. Highly recommend!

Nice skin cares products!

Recommended by a friend who knows skin care products a lot. Ordered products over $200, and it was delivered by DHL express, only took less than a week from Korea to Netherlands. Although I paid about €67 extra for duty and vat. They also sent me many samples and free gift, very sweet! Products are very good quality, I like the textures, enjoy my everyday skin care moment. Would definitely order again.
