Very efficient ordering service and delivery
I timed my order so that it would arrive after I got back from a 3 day trip away. The order was processed and posted so quickly that it was due to arrive 2 days after I ordered it! (Royal Mail kept it until I was back, so that wasn't a problem!) Ordering was easy and I had email updates. Very happy with my purchase.

My baby has had her Highland Cow soother since she was 3 months old and cannot live without it. She lost it while shopping one day so I had to order another from their website.
I received a message from the owner letting me know that due to the weekend, my express delivery would be slightly delayed, however I still received it very promptly. Happy baby = happy mummy! 🩷

Arrived quickly , as a kiwi living in Uk I have sent many little foxes to friends grandkids in NZ , last was a wee blue bunny ( as his brother already had the fox) who is so cute . Very please with quality
