Huge fan of Joov and all it offers
Huge fan of Joov and all it offers. From my football days of using deepheat. The muscle rub definitely hits the spot and gets my on man's body moving and helps with the aches and pains I have. Added bonus it also using natural ingredients, so no harmful chemicals going in to you body.
Also as sports men and women we need to hydrate. So the electrolyte tablets are great tasting and a must for pre, during and after sports activities.

Very sorry for the slow response to your email. Your order was placed on a Saturday, and we dispatched on the Monday. However unfortunately, some international parcels can get kept in customs for an indefinite time - this is completely outside our control.
But it is our fault we replied to slow to inform you - Sorry about this.
I hope your parcel arrives soon.

Sorry for the bad experience with customs.
We dispatched your parcel the day after your order. Unfortunately due to Brexit, exports have to go through customs and we have no control over how long this can take.
As a small company we are working hard to obtain EU distribution, but at the moment, to offer goods to EU customers this is the only way we can do it, and sometimes it does take time.
Sorry for the inconvenience, your your parcel should arrive with you soon - It is completely out of our control.

Definitely recommend
There was a small issue with the parcel being lost and as soon as I messaged them they got straight on it and resolved it straight away and I had a new package on the way. Definitely recommend and will be using them again
