Vests. I ordered one for my little girl’s arrival then 2 more as gifts for friends as I was so impressed with the quality. They look exactly like the photo, fab price and arrived in a timely manner.

Now operating under Love Jo Designs. I would give 2.5 stars if I could as our first came quickly with no issues. Impressed, we ordered again within a couple of days and was directed away from Etsy but still paid with PayPal to ensure buyer protection.

No response from Jo for more than a week on social, emails or the telephone number which went to a male's answer phone.

We noticed the social media was still posting so sent a message from another account with the same family name asking for lead times on embroidery. It was then blocked on social but a PayPal refund was issued. We were willing to wait but Jo just couldn't communicate.

If you're ill again we wish you a speedy recovery.

I am very disappointed as I ordered an item for our granddaughters 1st birthday. It states items will be delivered in 7 days, it is over 10 days and I have emailed, called and filled in a contact form. The money was taken straight from my account after ordering but no response whatsoever. What am I supposed to give our grandaughter. I have never had any item not turn up or be able to talk to someone about it.
