So disappointed with this place. I placed an order 13 days ago and had confirmation email off Jo. Patiently waited for news of despatch. Yesterday received an email off pay pal saying I would be getting a refund. Messaged Jo straight away to query what was going on. No reply. Messaged again when I got back from work to explain the personalised rag doll was for my 10month old granddaughter who has got to go in hospital and I wanted her to have this off her nanny to take in. No reply. Messaged again this morning querying why I had to hear from pay pal about refund and if there was another doll I could order and surprise surprise still no reply. If you look at the negative reviews she seems to be making a habit of just cancelling people's orders with no notification which I think is rude. It's now too late to order from another company to get it in time. Maybe if she had bothered to let me know earlier instead of keeping my money for 12 days I could of had time to order from a reliable company! Avoid! Poor customer service.

Very bad experience with this online purchase. I ordered 2 personalised items, but as I have not received any update after 4 days of waiting, I contacted her by email asking about the status. She replied that she will send my order in this upcoming week. So I waited. After 4 days I suddenly received info from PayPal that my order was cancelled. No email or info from her. This was Christmas present and I trusted her to send it as she told me she will. But I just wasted time with this store when I could have ordered something else and have it before Christmas. What a disappointment as it could have been solved by basic communication
