I've used Journey Finance multiple times now, both personally and for business finance, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Every experience has been straightforward, transparent and genuinely stress-free.

The team takes the time to understand what you're trying to achieve, keeps you updated throughout the process, and works incredibly hard to find the right solution. Communication is excellent, and you always feel like you're dealing with people who genuinely care about getting the best outcome for you.

What keeps bringing me back is the consistency. Every interaction has been professional, efficient and friendly, and the service never drops. It's rare to find a finance business that combines expert knowledge with such a personal approach.

I highly recommend Journey Finance to anyone looking for a team they can trust. They've earned a customer for life.

1. Mathew just collected all my documents - passport, driving license and disappeared!!! (not picking up the phone (8 calls), no emails back (3 emails) - no nothing). Initially he (and/or a bot) used very smooth and convincing language, and I trusted him... But do not! I had to cancel my passport and driving license and apply for new ones....
2. After I left my review here, Mathew immediately (!) contacted me and apologized (I suspect using bot text (very fast writing, smooth tone) and asked me to take my review down...
Who will ever tell me it is not a legitimate business practice!?!??
I will stand by my review!

Chris was absolutely brilliant to deal with.
He helped my in arranging a loan for my business - was thorough and so professional.
He always called when he said he would and never any pressure.
Ultimately I didn't go ahead with the loan - Chris was very understanding and polite - even after all the work he had done.
I highly recommend Chris to anyone needing loan advice.

I absolutely loved the process, how fast and easy it is to get my finance for my new vehicle. Jasmine and the team really went above and beyond to find me the right loan package to suit my budget. I loved the communication always keeping me updated every step of the way, the speed at which the loan was processed was very quick.

Matthew Schofield what a legend, my second time dealing with Journey finance to finance a car.
