I strongly recommend avoiding Joy at all costs. Their development team completely broke our theme beyond repair, then published a draft theme without informing us! This is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of professionalism. In seven years with Shopify, no third-party app has ever done anything like this.
Joy Loyalty is a great plugin with very practical features that fit our store perfectly. Most importantly, Audrey was a massive help to us. She is super professional, knowledgeable, and solved our issues right away. Really appreciate her hard work!
I have been using Joy Loyalty since day 1 on my web store. No complaints whatsoever. I have also witnessed their product improving along way, with them allowing users like me to vote for the most wanted feature to develop next. The most important thing is their technical support. All of the staffs have been very helpful and dedicated to respond to our questions all the time. I would defintely rate a 10 if possible.
