Have not received my order. Every time I have tried to send email it gets returned.
The only thing I have gotten was this for a review. Not happy

I placed an order and have not gotten no tracking. i have messaged multiple times after i received one message that it was shipped but did not give me a tracking number. Horrible communication i was so looking forward to making it my go to website for all my orders.

Generally, the reasons for not receiving goods include: 1) Choosing sea freight, which takes longer; 2) Purchasing a single product without meeting the MOQ; 3) Special product issues (such as liquids, batteries, etc.) that require shipping in multiple packages to ensure safe transport. Dear, I am very sorry for any negative feelings caused. Upon reviewing your order, it consists of the purchase of a product: Wholesale fidgets toy doll clothes shoes baby bottle MOQ≥10 JDC-FT-ZWF002. As we are a wholesale website, some smaller products require support for MOQ, so purchasing just one item does not qualify for shipping. We have processed a refund for this order. Wait time is too long
In all fairness, the company was getting ready to go on vacation when I placed my order so I had to wait for them to return for the order to get processed, but it's been 10 days since they returned to work and still, my order was not processed. In addition, I have ordered from this company at least 4 or 5 times in the past, and processing time has always been an issue. It sometimes takes 3 weeks to process a $200 order. The company offers good products for resale businesses at fair prices so if you are patient, you may like this company just fine. For me, it's just too long of a processing time since I use sea ship to get my products, adding another 30 days to receive my order. Regular shipping is sky-high with this company. In the reply you will see they have indicated my order was already filled and shipped but this is not the case because only a small part of my order was shipped and I've not heard anything else about the rest as of 3/7/24

I was very happy with my items. Sandra my Customer Service agent was very helpful anytime I reached out to her with a question. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but I received my tracking information and was able to follow my package.

It took over a month to get my order. Once it was delivered I only received one item not my whole order!

Dissappointed in the product and service
I placed an order for some bracelets. The bracelets came in and some were broke. I was given a credit for the broken items. I reordered the items, paid for shipping again, and the items came in broken again. All they will do is give credit for the items and not for the shipping you paid for those items. Then you only get a credit so you must reorder from them to get your money back and pay for more shipping again. Not worth it.
