It seemed to install multiple instances of Outlook: 365, Classis, and 2021. It did not port my contacts to the new version so I had to do that manually. I finally got it working in a classic/legacy mode and it has been stable.

Success in activation
Initially the key would not activate with MS reporting the key had been used. When I did hear back from support they requested I try the phone activation, while I mild pain, the activation was successful using the call option. Thank you for the advice.
