JPC Direct Ltd. launched as a business in 2013, when owner and director, Tom Gardiner purchased the company from his employer, JPC Ltd. The company had been agents for Webasto and Side-Power since the year 2000. We offer sales, installation, servicing and support of marine heating, air conditioning, bow and stern thrusters, marine refrigeration and marine generators. JPC sell only the best products available on the market, including Webasto diesel heaters, Webasto air conditioning, and Side-Power bow and stern thrusters. Isotherm fridges, Isotemp water heaters and Whisper Power, Paguro, Fischer Panda and Kohler marine generators, are also part of our range. Our online shop also offers a full range of parts for all of the above brands.

Good transaction
Transaction was easy. Speed of delivery was good. Only thing stopping five stars was a sliver of info while ordering which said "on back order". Thought we would wait and see and lo! we received the item within 48 hours - so the "back order" info was a bit confusing. On the whole, JPC Direct is a very good company to deal with.

JPC Direct parts and advice
I have ordered parts from JPC Direct several times and also sought advice.
Parts are always correct, packaged well and arrive quickly. The advice received was useful and resulted in a positive outcome. A really good company with which to do business.

I needed a thermostat for our water heater on the boat. Ordered it on Sunday evening and by Monday morning it had been dispatched by Fedex. Great service!

Excellent service
Item didn’t appear to be complete, O ring was missing, Tom checked with packaging of the same item in warehouse and was able to tell me that the o ring was loosely packed with item. So my mistake - I threw it out with packaging . Usefully Tom sent me dimensions of O ring and I was able to find a replacement.
