Ordered Larch fence panels. Quality was excellent. Everything run smoothly from ordering to delivery. Delivery driver very helpful. The larch panels have transformed my garden. A well deserved 5 stars
Great service from the first phone call to the delivery. Very profesional and polite aswell as having very good products. My experienced carpenter commented on the high quality timber we recieved. The first product I purchased from J &P GARDEN PRODUCTS was a beautiful garden room which we are very happy with.

Having asked our office team to process an order for some bench brackets at a cost of £237, which i thought was a fair price to pay, i was shocked to see the final invoice, that by this time had been paid, to total £837!!!!!! £600 to deliver a shoe box sized package from England to Scotland - it would have cost me less to collect in a taxi! When i called to question this (i was sure there must have been a mistake on their side), a very unhelpful man was extremely dismissive, rude and even threatening when i mentioned i would leave a Google review. To say i am disappointed with the experience is an understatement.
The brackets were of a good quality and at the price advertised, good value for money. However with the additional (outrageous) delivery fee, i feel like i have had my pants taken down and beaten with a stick.
J&P Garden Products I am sure that the company is very good, it is a solid company, very good workmanship in terms of work and speed of service, my fence was installed within a few hours one day. I was so pleased that I ordered a garden house from the same company, Now it has really changed the look of my garden, and I finally have somewhere to store my bikes and other things. I can say that without a shadow of a doubt. This is a company worth recommending.
