Customer service from Con was second to non, highly recommended. Had a few concerns about the car I brought and Con took it back to make sure everything was done to reassure me and put at ease my concerns. If your looking for a new vehicle, check them out.

We purchased a vehicle in May 2026 from J&P Bishopstown,initial experience was good with the sales executive however it is now September 2026 and we have not had our vehicle for a full month without things being wrong and not fixed, numerous trips back and forth changes in Insurance various “courtesy” cars but worst of all a total lack of respect or communication from the varying staff bar one involved.

We felt so safe in purchasing our car from a well known and as we thought reliable main dealer, unfortunately this is not the case in any shape or form. I will not ever encourage anyone to deal with them in the future, what should have been a straight forward purchase has turned into a nightmare.

Had the pleasure of buying a new kia sportage while my wife also bought a second hand car from Andrew and Jack in kia jpmg douglas smooth sailing from start to finish absolute pleasure to deal with both lads would highly recommend will do business hopefully again in the future.

From our first visit to the showrooms to the purchase of our be MGS6 and beyond Aidan in Johnson & Perrott was incredibly professional to deal with. He kept us constantly updated on delivery, advised us about payments and on the day we collected our car he helped us connect to the app and had us safely set up for our journey. Ian was brilliant to deal with and very professional in all my dealings when I upgraded to a Volvo XC40. He knows the Volvo Range very well. It is my 3rd Volvo I have purchased from Johnson and Perrot since I purchased my first Volvo S40 back in Emmet Place in 1999.

We were considering the purchase of sn electric car and had done our own research so we just needed to decide on who was to get our business. We luckily happened upon James Barber, who guided us towards a great decision. We felt heard and assisted in making the right decision.

However, as part of our decision process, we also visited other dealers. J&P at Mahon Point would appear to expect the car to somehow sell itself. They certainly did absolutely nothing to even tempt us to consider a purchase. In all our dealings for the decision, Mahon Point J&P were remarkable and remain remembered because of their disinterest.

Poor treatment from the service desk staff for a recent service. Not the first time either and see different people there every year. Need to use them for warranty purposes but will likely travel to a different dealer next year.

Service department facilitated us recently by moving our service appointment forward as we had an unforeseen family event. Thanks.

I booked a service appointment online for a specific date and time. Thankfully, I decided to call a few days in advance to check that everything was in order. I was then told that, unfortunately, the office had not received my online booking, as apparently the online booking system is quite often blocked.

So, what exactly is the point of having an online booking system if appointments are not reliably received?

I was then given another appointment, 10 days later, at 9:00 AM. The day before the appointment, I called again to confirm that everything was fine, and I was assured that it was.

Today, I arrived at the service centre, only to be told that apparently my appointment had been scheduled for three days earlier. Fortunately, they agreed to accept me, but I was told I would have to wait an extra few hours.

When I explained that there was clearly a problem with the booking system and that this situation had already caused me considerable inconvenience, I was simply told, “But you are being accepted.” As if I should be grateful for a solution to a problem that was not caused by me in the first place.

Please respect your customers’ time. If you offer online booking, the system should work reliably, and appointments should be properly recorded. I also strongly suggest improving communication between the online booking system and the service centre so that customers are not left wasting their time because of an internal issue.

The service was very efficient. The staff very helpful and knowledgable.

I made the move to Johnson and Perrot in the autumn of 2025 to get an issue solved with my Kuga at the time I have since upgraded to a new kuga I was very pleased with the service I received from all the team who looked after all my issues
