Peter Punch and all the staff in Johnson and Perrott were wonderful to deal with. Very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to deal with and also gave the best price in all of Cork County so couldn't be matched in both price and service. Very happy to recommend

My experience with Johnson and perrott was not great i brought a car in to get serviced and with another issue i made the service centre aware of when i got the car back the issue was still there and i don’t think they looked in to it in to much detail and also trying to get through to them by phone is impossible they never answer the phone and when you do get through and you get through to the department you want the phone just rings out and if you leave a message for someone to get back to they never return your call and they also have staff being trained up in there and they haven’t a clue what they are Doing iv bought 2 cars from Johnson and perrott Mahon point I’m interested in trading in my own car for a new car and I’m not going to do that now I’m going to take my business else where very very poor customer service

Reliable scheduling, very good work performance, excellent service

I am very disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit for my MG ZS EV.I waited at the service centre for almost three hours. When the service was completed, I was simply informed that the car was ready and asked to make the payment. After paying, I reviewed the service report and noticed that several items were marked as declined — including tyre wear replacement and wiper replacement due to noise. At no point did anyone contact me or ask for my approval regarding these items. When I asked the receptionist why these were marked as declined without consulting me, she was unable to provide a proper explanation.Additionally, the remote key battery was weak, yet it was not replaced either. I paid around 180 euro for a periodic service check that should have been addressed during the service.Overall, the communication and attention to detail were very poor. I expected a more professional and customer‑focused experience, especially after waiting on-site for several hours.I hope you will review this matter and ensure better communication and service quality for future visits.

I would highly recommend buying a car from Johnson & Perrott in Mahon. It was most definitely my best experience with purchasing a car. Sean was amazing from start to finish! Also the young guy on reception was very helpful. I l definitely be returning again for my next purchase! Many thanks!

Attention to detail in all aspects of my dealing with the company.The only negative aspect of the service was the pricing which I thought was overly expensive.
I feel that in the purchase of new cars there should be a reduced price on servicing for the first 2/3 years after purchase.
