They didn't have all the flavours of tinned food, so rang me to check which alternative I'd like (though they actually asked which flavour my dog might prefer...!). And then we're kind enough to substitute a free gift for something more suitable for my small dog. Great Customer service and always really quick delivery!!

Dog like your food and treats

It was easy to order and delivery was fairly quick not tried them yet

We were recommended the pure pate by a dog trainer and our crazy spaniel loves searching for it. Always quick processing and delivery of orders and love the free offers where we get to try other things (our spaniel also loves the large ostrich bones although they are nearly half his size)!

Ostrich crackles: both dogs (labradors) love them. The younger dog with the better teeth would start them and the older dog clear up after them.
Their teeth look a lot better after both these and the antlers.
Ostrich bones, seem to be ignored once the novelty wears off, also they don't float once they've been slightly eaten.

The products are always great quality, my dog absolutely loves their products, and the orders are always packed really well and delivered really quickly.

Good price and quick shipping

My Cocker spaniel loves the pate. i use it for training treats.

Quality and product are very good. My dog love them. The only thing is that the price are a bit high for the amount that you buy.
Should be a bit cheaper or more quantity for that price.

Trixie and I love JR Products. Before I discovered JR Products Trixie was a fuzzy eater with upset stomach. Now her meals consist of their Complete Well Being wet food mixed with their Freeze Dried Raw foods. All her snacks are from JR Products too. She now loves meals and her stomach is great.

They are so helpful and accommodating, happily switch out proteins my dog can't eat in their multipacks and replace with those she can. I can't praise their customer service highly enough. My dog really loves their pates, bones and treats and I know that she is getting what she considers treats but that they are healthy and nutritious. Also, delivery is always on time and well packaged. Thumbs up all round thank you from both me and my doggy!

I have used jr for long time now, the prices are rising and the products are shrinking. The free gift that came in my last order was a waste of time, a giant ostrich bone, i have a yorkie!! Also the box was too small for the order, everything was crammed in squashing the little stick boxs. Otherwise, good delivery, and ozzy loves the products.

Ordered a job lot of different Paté for some high value treats. So far I’ve only cut them into small pieces although there’s so much more you can do. I was put off initially by the term pate thinking it would be sloppy. Actually it’s very solid and holds its shape. Ideal for training bites. Our dog loves it.
