Absolutely brilliant customer service. Sent the original part out really quickly and then sent another (different) part as a bit had broken when I tried to change the brush. Can’t fault them.

JST were brilliant

JST were brilliant. Gave constant updates regarding repair process. Returned repaired vaccuum cleaner within stated deadline. Reliable thorough service.

JST Electronics is an easy company to…

JST Electronics is an easy company to work with. They got on touch with me quickly about my appliance and explained how the process would go and the available window to pick up the item.

Everything proceeded flawlessly with DPD picking up the item from my house. JST then informed me when the item would be returned and what was done to rectify the issue.

The vacum was returned in a space of 2 days and it the item is working better than before.

I had a great experience with JST…

I had a great experience with JST Electronics, very efficient and answered my questions within 24hrs,
When my new part arrived I thought there was a problem so I emailed and I had a very prompt response which gave me a few ideas of where I might be going wrong and they could not of been more helpful.

JST are all about understanding your issue and if they can will send the part out to you and asking the question if you confident that you can you fit the part yourself. Great communication.

Extremely impressed with total service given
