I think my husband is jealous! I ordered the Reputation Cup and bag and when the package arrived here, I was pleasantly impressed by the cup and the cute bag with the charms! He helped me add the charms to the bag! This arrived at the perfect time right before my Birthday 🎂 🎁🎉💌… My Easter egg is when the album dropped is my birthday! 🫶🏽 😎🖤🤍🩶

When I ordered the cup the website said it would ship around the first part of October. When I messaged around the 8th of October, I was told it wouldn’t ship till the end of October. Then I was notified that it was shipping on Nov 1st, but sat for 3 days before actually shipping. As a company you need to be honest and upfront with your customers. Be honest about shipping times.

This was ordered the first week of September and wasn’t even shipped until 10/30. It was advertised for Halloween but it didn’t even ship until the actual day of Halloween.

I preordered the Juggy Mandela. Following up on my order, I used the link to get an update on my order. They were informative and even found a discrepancy in my address. They corrected it on the spot! Thank you!! Juggy is amazing! Great Customer care!

First time buyer with this company...these Tumblrs are worth the money and time getting to you. They are very well made and detailed. I pre-ordered the Haunting Adeline and I'm in love!! Definitely will be being more Tumblrs!!!

Good quality cup, design And all

Delivery was fine. It's the design of the product that I dislike. Hard to drink out of. I thought the lid would fit a standard straw, it does not. I tried to use it for hot coffee and the drink part is poorly designed and I dribbled hot coffee down my sweater. I can't drink hot coffee from the built in straw. I can't fit a straw in the sipper area. The outside graphics are great but I don't like the actual usage design. I am going to need to try to find a thin straw. I don't care to spend $40 on a thermos when I wanted a cold drink tumbler.

It took awhile to get but we'll worth the wait. Very nice quality. I would purchase again from this company.

Amazing!
It is a bit bigger than what I was expecting but I love the two options to drink and its awesome that it fits in cup holders.

Ordering was easy. Once it shipped I got it quickly. I pre-ordered a tumbler and understood it would be a bit of time but between ordering and shipping I would have appreciated a little communication. An email letting me know when it would be shipped or any kind of update would’ve been appreciated.

I just received my Juggy Therapist mug. I love the size, the inspirational messages, and the emotion sensation wheel. My only critique is that I do not like the color. I am not a fan of pink. I would have preferred a purple option or other colors, but that is only a personal choice. Otherwise, it is an excellent product.

Don't waste your money. I should've read the reviews first.
I ordered a Kpop Demon Hunter tumblr back in August. They told me the cup would ship at the end of October which is insane. Now they're telling me it will ship at the end of November, out of their control. I'm going to assume that I lost money, and won't be getting the cup.

The design alone is perfection. It’s the whole reason I got the bottle. I didn’t really care for the pink but I had to have it!! However, this bottle does not keep things cold for very long. My ice is always melted and my water is always a hair above lukewarm. It’s very unfortunate. I had such high hopes after reading so many amazing reviews. So I am just left feeling disappointed. I waited a very long time for this bottle. So it’s really unfortunate that the only place I’ll be able to use this cup is at home so I’m close to cold water so I can refill it whenever. But I got this to show all of my friends, and to show it off lol.

Really cool design for a reasonable price! This is my second tumbler from Juggy.
