Montage aflevering uitstekend! Opletten dat je verzekering juist wordt afgesloten!…

De fiets wordt uiterst zorgvuldig gemonteerd afgeleverd. Aandacht voor veiligheid. Wordt alle tijd genomen voor mij als klant.

Het afsluiten van de juiste fietsverzekering in combinatie met GPS tracker, dat door de JUIZZ-dealer geregeld dient te worden omdat je dit als klant zelf niet kan doen, is nog steeds niet in orde.
Het klantcontactcentrum van JUIZZ reageert niet op mijn email waarin ik de situatie uitleg.
Dit levert me onrust.

Fijne professionele fietsenzaak in Utrecht.

Aankoopgesprek en aflevering verliepen heel plezierig. Duurde wel wat lang voordat ik de fiets kon ophalen, kwam door de vakantieperiode, zo werd mij verteld. Slechte ervaring met de (telefonische) klantenservice. Moeilijk bereikbaar en "standaard antwoorden" waar je als klant niet veel verder mee komt.
Al met al prima ervaring met Juizz en tot nu toe met geleverde product.

Super team en kwaliteitsfietsen

Juizz heeft altijd een assortiment van de beste fietsen. Onafhankelijk van het merk kan ik daar op vertrouwen. Daarnaast is het team enorm behulpzaam. Ze zijn heel snel in actie gekomen toen mijn vorige fiets helaas was gestolen. Alles met de verzekering snel geregeerd, meteen een nieuwe fiets besteld. Toen die rijklaar was, was er alle tijd om alles door te nemen en kleine aanpassingen te doen.

Prima ervaring levering nieuwe firts…

Snelle reactie na telefonisch contact ivm levering nieuwe fiets. Tevreden over de aflevering.
Wat wel handig was geweest was het in de werkplaats afstellen van de zadelhoogte, stuurhoogte, gewicht en de uitleg hoe de fiets werkt.

Verschrikkelijk zeg! Online bestelling wordt niet geleverd en je kan de winkel op geen enkele manier bereiken. Telefonisch krijg je geen gehoor (zelfs niet direct na openingstijd en ook niet na meerdere malen meer dan 30min in de wacht te hebben gestaan). Contactformulier geeft alleen maar foutmeldingen. Als je spoedig fiets onderdelen of toebehoren nodig hebt, dan is mijn advies om verder te kijken en bij de concurrent te informeren!

Maybe I was unlucky but I'm currently…

Maybe I was unlucky but I'm currently having the worst possible customer service experience with this company.

I bought a bakfiets at the Juizz store in Amsterdam. Ordering the bike was fine but, after that, getting it was a nightmare. Because I'm moving to a different city I asked to have the bike delivered to my new address but, because I'm not living there yet I need to be there for the delivery. It should not be a difficult arrangement since they do deliver when you buy online and let you pick the date. I made sure to confirm that the bike could be delivered at an arranged time.

First of all, I had problems with getting an invoice for the bike and clarifying what I was going to pay for. After a small ordeal of its own, this was eventually solved. However, this initial experience told me that getting help from them is extremely difficult and when they say they're going to call back, they don't. In any case, I moved on.

I was then told I would get a call to arrange the delivery at a specific date. Waited 2 weeks over the day they said they were going to call with no contact. So I contacted them.

First response was asking me to pick the bike up myself: this is not what was agreed so when I said no they told me they would get in touch to arrange a delivery instead. Waited a week with no contact.

I call again and the second response tells me that the bike has already been picked up from the store: I did not pick the bike up so when I said it made no sense they told me they would get in touch to see what happened. Waited a few days with no contact.

I call again and customer service can't reach anybody at their own store. So I'm told there's nothing they can do other than ask the store to call me back. Waited a few days with no contact.

I finally get a call from the store that tells me the bike can only be delivered either after 7pm by the person managing the store if they can (??) or I have to wait for a call from the warehouse people to arrange the delivery. At this point I'm not waiting for any more calls.

If you buy online you can arrange a delivery date so why can't I do the same if I buy at the store and am told that I will be able to arrange delivery? In any case, I am now told that the bike is going to be delivered to the Juizz store at the other city and I can pick it up from there. Guess what? I have to wait for yet another call from them to tell me when. Is this call going to happen? It's already been a while and it hasn't but I'm waiting and in the meantime I'm posting this.

Horrible customer service. If you can't provide a service when I buy the product, tell me straight instead of making promises you can't keep. I would have bought it somewhere else.
