My experience has been nothing short than 5stars. My builder's tiler requested at short notice the pool mosaics to be ordered and delivered ASAP as he had an opportunity to lay the tiles. I went in to JB, met up with their excellent consultant Jess Newton who organised the selection, order and delivery with aplomb. All this was achieved with stock ex Sydney in 5 days. JB have an extensive selection of high quality tiles made from non-China sources. There is a price difference but this is more than made up for with quality and variety. Highly recommended!!

in a word: maurizio zanette.
as the face of the business, he has the appropriate combination of knowledge, charisma and sales charm to make my clients (or me) feel valued and their project exciting and worth the effort, without pressuring them (or me) into a decision. he is your asset. although, thinking further....free access to coffee and the meeting rooms helps a little i suppose.

A wide range of elegant and unique tiles. A friendly, patient, and professional service that took the stress out of choosing. Take your kitchen and bathroom to another level. Highly recommended.

Absolutely everything was wonderful - from the well-presented website, to their stock selection, to the efficient and professional customer service. I requested a sample of some tiles and received them overnight to Tasmania, beautifully packaged as well. I have been thoroughly impressed with all aspects of my experience purchasing tiles from Jules Baxter and would highly recommend them. Many thanks to Linda for her assistance.
