Thank you for your review. Julius Meinl coffee is roasted and packaged in Europe, and the packaging plant follows the European dating system of DD:MM:YYYY. The current batch has a 'best before' date of December 2025.

Julius Meinl coffee pods offer the highest aroma protection due to a patented aroma seal. This seal protects the coffee from oxygen, ensuring the best flavor and taste all the way until the best by date. If you are still not satisfied with the coffee please contact our customer service and enquire about our money back guarantee.

Hello Lucho,

We sincerely apologize for the delay on your coffee order. The tracking number for the coffee is provided in your shipment email. It looks like USPS is having issues and your coffee delivery is taking longer than anticipated. Our warehouse ships coffee and machine separately due to size differences in shipping boxes making sure both packages are shipped in the safest way possible. Our customer service will reach out to you to further resolve the issue.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the coffee batch you received. We understand that freshness is essential for an optimal coffee taste, especially when the capsules aren’t sealed with aluminum. Although some might argue that older coffee can still retain good flavor, we recognize that a product produced in April 2024 and nearing its expiration in August does not meet the high standards you and we expect.

To address this, we’d like to offer you a replacement from a fresher batch or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please contact our customer support at your earliest convenience with your order details so we can resolve this promptly.
