A brilliant response time to email questions
Very friendly & supportive on any questions asked. Zie & Geo were fantastic. I can’t rate them highly enough. I would definitely highly recommend their customer service. Brilliant!

There response time was great it was less than a day so that's great in my book.

I trust this program to help those people in need... those who have problems and dont know how to get rid of them this can help by making a channel of their own, this program & especially with the people behind the jumpcut they are soo happy excited kind helpful & caring they check up everyday to se how we are doing & if there's anything they can do to ask & not hesitate about it, they help anyone how to become a YouTuber & to get their creativity out in the world im soo happy on clicking on the link because it changed my life in soo many ways that i never knew thank you & hope for Jumpcut to keep growing 😊

The team at Jumpcut is very supportive and in-depth! My assistant "Alex" was very quick to reply with descriptive and specific feedback. The individuals at jumpcut from what I can tell from my experience are kind hearts who are thoughtful - showing that they care through their detailed descriptions and support. Hi, Prince! We appreciate your honest feedback, but we do want to assure you that we're not a scam at all. In fact, we're glad to say that we always stick to our policy when it comes to refunds. As long as the student put in the work and submitted the requirements, then we'll gladly refund them. Our support team always makes sure to attend to each concern as well so that no one's left in the dark.
