Jumpflex Trampolines Opiniões

Fantastic service 😀. We needed a new spring pad. Emailed with a query, got an answer and great feedback on the next working day. Said yes I would like to order, they provided an instant invoice. We waited a few days before paying and the item was couriered and arrived within a few days. Love it. Thank you so much.

What an amazing trampoline! Well built (a bit hard to put up, but with four of us we eventually got there in 3 hours.) The entire family loves it - and since it's rated for 250kg (or there abouts), we can ALL have a bounce. Nice!

Excellent service and super fast delivery

Awesome quality
Fast delivery
Very easy to install
Thank you very much. Anything that gets the kids outside is a win and you products definitely win

Always fantastic customer service. So great that you can purchase replacement parts too. Our trampoline went for a roll and one of the safety net bars bent and they sent a new one out asap.

Super fast response and delivery of replacement items.

Fast delivery, well made and easy to put together. We are really happy with the tramp

Great experience and thank you to Justin and team for all there help

Very prompt communication and delivery. Very friendly service.

So easy and quick to get the replacement part we needed. Our trampoline has been a much loved part of family life for ages now, and still perfect.

I would change the instructions to put the crash pad on last. Made it difficult to install the net with the pad in the way.

The new net and mat was great way to refurbish our 6 year old trampoline

Easy to purchase online, once arrived noticed we missed a spring , contacted them straight away and they sent out another one. Great communication & fast delivery. We found we needed 2 people minimum to put trampoline together, we purchased the 15 ft jumplex tramp. Great instructions in pack , easy to follow. Kids really love it, and it’s great for the whole family. Best thing we did.

Bloody good, our boy loves it

Amazing customer service and we love the Jump Flex Trampoline.

Fantastic help - had a couple of parts that were broken or rusted and was informed under warranty - made our day - kids happy tramp up and working again

I emailed for a part for our tramp at 6pm one night and by 7.30am the next morning I was told the part was on its way, only took a couple of days to turn up in post

Our Net tore along the zip stitching and after a quick email convo Jumpflex replaced our net. They were so easy to deal with and we’re super helpful.

Purchased parts for a second hand trampoline. Amazing serving from Jumpflex. All parts delivered in 24 hours. Trampoline like new now.

We bought the jumpflex for our grandchildren for Christmas so it is still in the box but I can say the service was beyond wonderful, delivery was prompt and no split delivery which is always a bonus
