Jumpflex Trampolines Opiniões

Trampoline net ripped emailed about issue and was resolved very quickly without any problems thank you

So quick and easy to get replacement part under warranty. Very pleasant to deal with. Best warranty service I have ever experienced. Thank you

They know their product and knew exactly what I needed very little questions asked. Delivery of product was swift. Good company to deal with.

Great service, bought a trampoline 3 years ago and safety net broke near the zipper. Sent one email and they sent out a new safety net under warranty

I was very impressed with the ease of ordering & quick shipping. I noticed upon receiving my trampoline that the Shade Cover was missing - I emailed the team who got back to me within a couple of hours saying they have sent out a replacement with very minimal questions asked. I was very impressed with the customer service and ordering process.

Great Trampoline, very easy to put together with clear instructions trampoline arrived within a few days

Super fast delivery, great quality trampoline!

This slide is fantastic! Took a gamble as the website says it does not fit other brands but it works perfectly for our trampoline! Freight was fast and the quality is great! Hopefully it will last a long time! Best present for our little man’s 3rd birthday!

Highly recommended!!! Great product, fast delivery. Excellent quality trampolines and accessories.

Great product and super friendly and helpful sales team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

One of the bolts holding the net onto our trampoline was bent from kids swinging off it. I explained the problem to Jumpflex and they organised a set of replacement bolts at no charge with no questions asked. I was so impressed!

I have just bought the 14ft trampoline and we love it. It’s so big and spacious for three kiddies and us parents to jump too.
The customer service has been wonderful, I’ve been in contact over instagram and email and they have been so attentive and replied quickly.
Would definitely recommend Jumpflex!

Wonderful service

Our order came much faster than expected. We ordered the 14ft model. Assembly instructions were very easy to follow.
It did take a fair bit of effort attaching some of the safety net with 1 person due to the tension on the support poles required - definitely recommend 2 people for that part, which made it much easier to finish.
The product is great quality so far and bounces well. With 4 young boys, the kids have been having a great time on it.

Another amazing interaction with jumpflex. They replaced our net with no fuss. Easy to deal with, and a great product. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Had a broken safety net. I rang and had a very quick response and had a new one sent out asap. Great stuff!

I have give it my grandchildren yet it’s a Xmas present. Will send a pic in then

Easy to order. Easy to chat to sales team. Already have trampoline. Super quick delivery.

Great product
Great team
Easy to deal with after purchase
Highly recommended

Absolutely love the trampoline and all the accessories especially the shade cover and the slide that we purchased. Very easy to put together!! Absolutely love the product.

The delivery was disappointing however. Maybe you should consider a new source of shipping the delivery person tried to get us to pay an extra $100 on top of what we already paid just to bring it down the driveway. We ended up having to hire a truck and pick it up from the depot. Which was extremely frustrating.
UPDATE. Have been contacted regarding the delivery and very happy to change my score and review to completely positive from Jumpflex side.
