Adris & Vinay were great. Tried everything they could to help me out. Went out of their way to make me a happy client and feel important. These two gentlemen were excellent.
My 10 year old MacBook Pro died. Not being techsavvy, I was contacted Apple and was directed to Jump in St Catharines.
I soon heard from Mackenzie who explained the problem and how it could be fixed. He communicated very well, considering I am not tech savvy.
Then he spent an extraordinary of time and effort to resolve all the issues. He was very pleasant, very clear and made me feel secure. A very impressive technician.
Akash was a great help with setting up my desktop to the customizion that I needed. He help me find the lop top case and air tag that I needed and helped me set them up excellent service, great support and staff that give great customer service.
Oshawa needed to have apple products support and the provide great technical support and great customer service Thanks Akash

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for an outstanding employee at your Vaughan Mills location. After a frustrating day searching for an external hard drive at various electronics retailers, I visited Jump Plus Vaughan Mills, where I had the pleasure of meeting Kathryn.
Kathryn's knowledge and exceptional attitude truly impressed me. She went above and beyond to understand my needs and frustrations, demonstrating remarkable patience and a positive approach. Her assistance made my day significantly better.
I have visited this location before and have been helped by other great employees, including HK, who has been there for a long time. However, Kathryn's service was truly remarkable. I hope she remains a part of the Jump Plus team for a long time.

Nancy is an incredible tech!!!! She did the impossible for me. Both Nancy and Xavier were exceptionally helpful. My iphone was dead and my charger had broken off in my port. Disaster! Nancy was determined to get it out even though it was bent and stuck and there was nothing to grab on to. Nancy perservered! Then Xavier and Nancy helped set me up with several wireless chargers to help bridge me til I could get a new iphone. They were great! I will return to buy any Apple product there. VERY HAPPY!

I purchased at Jump Plus, LimeRidge mall, Hamilton, an Apple Watch Series 10 Rose gold case with sports band GPS 46 mm plus a Jump+ ultra screen protector for Apple Watch. The watch itself was $589+ HST and the screen protector was $24.99+ GST for a total of $693.81
On April 30, 2025 I phoned Alyssa stating that the screen protector was lifting. She said that she would not be in on Friday and Saturday but if I came in and she wasn’t there to have one of the staff call her and she would explain That I’d already been talking to her regarding this matter and to solve the situation.
Today, April 5, I arrived at Jump+ at approximately 11:15 am, waited for a sales person and Selinia, introduced herself as a store manager, attended me. After I explained the situation, this manageress said that I raised my voice at her, would not phone Alyssa, said that I had to speak to Alyssa directly next time she came to work at the store. Selenia yelled at me several times to get out of the store and called security on me. I waited for the security to arrive but by that time this (hearing challenged) Senior Citizen was in tears & very upset and humiliated to the point where I was hyperventilating.
Another customer came to my aide and asked another sales clerk if they could help me, but he indicated that Selenia was his boss so he couldn’t do anything for me without her say so.
The young Security guards were very understanding & waited with me while I composed myself.
In my opinion, This person’s people skills are atrocious, demeaning, inconsiderate and very nonprofessional. She is need of a Course in proper protocol, Social & Communication Skills
UPDATE:
After talking to Alyssa on the phone later in the day, she professionally refunded the watch protector to my credit card without me having to return to the store. She apologized for her co-worker’s (who was acting manager for that morning) attitude & was going to look further into the situation. To date, I have no further information.
We visited the store to purchase a Mac using Flexiti, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The two staff members who assisted us were unwelcoming and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them. It almost felt like we were taking something from their personal property rather than being valued customers. Overall, it was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience
Yesterday, I went to the Jump+ store in Hamilton to fix my phone. There was a major issue with the phone's battery so, it took 5- hours. The technician named Parth and the Sales Representative named Shen helped me out. Shen answered my all questions with her frank and polite nature. Otherside, Parth was kind, fixed my phone along with backup, and even provided me with a temporary phone to keep running my errands. My experience was good with them. Thank you so much guys.
Today I went in to the Kingston Jump+. I had great service from Auston Murray. He was very very knowledgeable. He was also very kind and very polite. I am a senior who sometimes need help learning to do different things on my Apple products. He was amazing. As a result I bought a new I pad air and a new Apple Watch. He is a great asset to your business.
Don’t get Jumped. I got jumped plus I wound up duressed into a recall-worthy, ‘seconds’ quality, smaller, older laptop with no useable ports. I paid over three thousand dollars for their flagship MacBook Pro product, a new 14 inch MacBook with 8 ports and a Magic Mouse. It kept acting virused for months as apple/jump plus did factory resets in ignorance of their own device. The installed antivirus was clashing with the built in antivirus. Apple and Tammy and staff at Jump plus in Limeridge Mall Hamilton never figured this out and instead exploited the distress that they had created. Exploited my distress to get back to work, to stick me with an old 13 inch MacBook with only 2 useless ‘thunderbolt’ ports and a recall worthy, trojan-horse “Touch Bar’ (“Touch Bar’ is Apple using paying customers for failed product experiments). Stick me with this old 13 inch as an even trade! No partial reimbursement! I think Apple may be using Jump plus to dump clearance and ‘seconds’ merchandise that it does not want to be associated with. That may be why Apple allows the serious trademark infringement of the jump plus stores looking like Apple stores. The only thing “premium retailer” about them is the price. I should have gone to Shoppers and so should you.
They fixed my phone within seconds and didn’t charge me any money.
Visited yesterday for the second time in a month with our 7 year old son. Welcomed by who i think was the manager, confirmed our son had watched the safety video. Thumbs up to camera. We sat down just beside the cafe, and second later Blair was away and that continued for 2 hours, he has the best time and he slept well last night. I do like the place but i do think the food and crisps erc are really expensive but it wouldn’t put me off visiting again.
After relocating to SJ from Ottawa this was my first visit to this store. I found the staff ( Jacob and Christian ) went beyond any service I ever received in my dealings with Mac stores across the country. Their knowledge and expertise on how to address the problem I was having with my MacBook Pro was outstanding. Took the time to go over how to to deal with the problem. Thank you guys.; much appreciated
Found the staff in the St. John’s, NL store to be rude and inattentive. I’ve gone twice and both times I was ignored or when I asked for help given short uninterested answers. Bought two MacBooks at Bestbuy instead.
I bought my Macbook Pro last 2017 at Jump Plus and I went in last week because I wanted to try out the M1 series. Sadly, the accommodating peeps who usually assist me whenever I visit the store no longer worked here - everyone was new, and that was the start of my unpleasant experience. They weren't very approachable and accommodating even though here weren't many customers at that time. I had to call their attention a few times before they entertained me. Needless to say, I didn't bought my M1 from them. I walked out and found another better store,
