I am writing this review to share my recent experience at the Canada Calgary store location.

I purchased an unstitched dress as a gift for my wife for $159.60 (including taxes). Later, we discovered that the exact same dress was listed on their official website for $76 (or $95.54 including shipping), which was significantly lower than the in-store price.

We contacted the store to inquire about a possible exchange, and we were asked to bring the dress in. However, when we visited the store, our request was refused. The staff member informed us that unstitched dresses cannot be exchanged due to store policy. When we politely asked to see the policy and we were told that the store reserves the right to refuse exchanges.

Additionally, the interaction at the front desk felt unprofessional and discourteous, which added to our disappointment.

I am sharing this review for public awareness and transparency. I also plan to raise this matter with the brand’s corporate office to ensure clarity in pricing, policy and customer service practices moving forward.

This website is fake and is NOT the official J. (Junaid Jamshed) website.

They are running ads on social media, and many people can easily get confused because the web address looks very similar to the original one. I was about to place an order, but luckily I noticed the small spelling difference.

Please be careful and always check the correct website address before placing an order.

I hope the concerned authorities take action against this fraudulent website.
