I ordered 2 labubu and never got them

I ordered a Labubu from them paying full Labubu price and it’s a knockoff, it’s not even real!!! It also took 20 days to arrive and the warehouse is roughly 2 hours tops away. If I could give them zero stars I would. My advice to anyone out there thinking of ordering from them, don’t.

The products are high quality. And they are very helpful with my orders.

They don’t respond to any email I’ve sent (I’ve sent 3). I ordered an item on January 30,2025 and haven’t had anything show up and it’s March 2nd. Don’t do it. Do NOT buy from them.

I ordered a pretty "light"...it was a street light at night with snow coming down....sort of a snow globe affect only tall and flat. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and have not received it....tracking # says awaiting info and it hasn't even been shipped as far as I can tell....and NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM !!! I paid them in good faith but this looks like I may have been scamed.....

Got a jacket from them and it was not close to as advertised, cheap quality, and it just looks terrible.

Dropshipping company. Shipment was delivered to the wrong address by a low-cost carrier, and they did not offer any help or assume any responsibility.

i bought a bunch of clothes from them and they all look so good 😫 i had an issue with a pair of pants that didnt fit very well but they let me return them and i got another size so overall it was a very good experience!

Pretty cute! Everything I ordered was in perfect condition and they are adorable ( I ordered some kuromi slippers and a hello kitty sweater). Shipping was also faster than expected.

I'm not sure about all of their stuff, and I haven't bought anything from them. But I was looking at their jewellery and reverse searched a screenshot of a pair of earrings they were selling and found that aliexpress was selling the same jewellery with the exact same image, but obviously for much cheaper. I see this quite often with new websites. Stay safe!
