Got the largest art the hue was pink instead of white and to install the canvas with ikea Burjesta frame needed to much hand strength. Not at all easy as shown on vedio.

Absolutelt overpriced, with a scam-y "shipping insurance" at checkout (so that Juniper can pretend they're not responsible for your delivery when, legally, they absolutely are) and plenty of hidden fees.

My print was pretty low quality when it arrived. The cut was totally uneven and a printing issue left a black line down one side of the artwork. Really surprised and disappointed given the price and nice marketing/ website.

I was disappointed because I had ordered a digital print through Juniper and tried to have it printed at the local staples. Staples did their best but the machine just didn't have the ability to print a superior quality image. I asked Juniper if I could buy the print from them. To their credit they refunded me the digital print cost and put it towards the other print I bought from them. Over covid the prices went up a lot. But I got a promo code. When I got the print I was disappointed because I thought it would be in 3D and would be of photography quality but it was simply a digital print that they had printed in slightly better quality than my staples attempt. I ordered prints from redbubble for 15$ that were better quality which included a glossy finish. When I asked for a refund they said I had to send it back at my own cost and pay a restocking fee. When I said I wasn't happy with that outcome they never replied back. But were very good at replying when I wanted to buy something from them. So for that reason, I don't think I will buy from them again. For the prince I paid the quality was not great. Sad because the print is very pretty and could have been a beautiful addition to my wall.

We made our first order less than a week ago and our large print already arrived at our door (in Canada) in perfect condition. I even accidentally used the wrong promo code and they immediately refunded me the difference on my card. Amazing customer service! We also really appreciate the step by step ikea frame tutorial and the print duo/gallery recommendations. We will definitely shop here again!
