Peddle did not pick up my car on the…
Peddle did not pick up my car on the day they told me they would then expected me to pay extra because of the extra cost to get another company. When I explained that because of their negligence the car would probably be towed by NYC and they would be liable for the cost they yielded and promise to send me a check for the extra $15. At least they did send me the check. I was not happy about them trying to make me pay for their mistake.

Moe, I'm so sorry that happened and apologize that things didn't go as smoothly as they should have. It seems that there were some communication issues with your first carrier and while I am pleased that we were able to find a resolution by assigning you to a new carrier who was able to accommodate your scheduling needs and sending a supplemental payment, I can understand your frustration. Thanks for letting us know about the issue and again we're truly sorry you didn't get the experience we strive to provide with our service.

Peddle kept putting off pick up of car off because all of a sudden car carrier was full, after I waited two whole days for them to come!! Finally showed up after the weekend, 5 days later~!
