5 weeks after ordering a dress from this website, still nothing received. I've sent 2 emails to customer service chasing the tracking, but haven't even had acknowledgement of receipt.
I've resigned myself to the fact that I will not be receiving the dress at all, and doesn't look like much chance if getting a refund either.
Steer clear of this company, it's clearly a scam site!

I haven’t received my item since last month may , I have a clothes business and I spend over 1,300 in clothes and haven’t received anything or not even a notification showing a delay ! This is fraud !

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE ! FRAUD ! Don’t order from this site! I ordered on April 27 as of today May 23 still haven’t received my items. Email customer service I get a response back but the response isn’t clear at all and a bunch of excuses. Was told one of the items was out of stock. I ask for the item to be refunded and the item that was available to be shipped out. Still nothing no refund or shipment. The tracking isn’t clear at all it doesn’t give an estimated delivery date or exact location. This was my first and last time ! Disputed the transaction hopefully I’ll get refunded soon. Disappointed the items were for my vacation!

I ordered a sweat shirt and the label was spelled all wrong. I still have it, because I wasn't provided with the return information. The clothes on the site are really nice, but what I received was disappointing.

I am highly upset I placed an order for about 3 weeks ago still to get have to received. When I called the support number they failed to answer multiple times. They deleted my account I cannot access my account to even track my clothing this is unacceptable I am highly disappointed.

The clothing looks cheap
The clothing looks cheap. Poorly sized and designed. I’m 5’5 & 1/2 and my weight is 119lbs. I ordered all my clothes in Medium ‘normally’ I order a small. The sleeves were too short and thin material. Nothing like description.

Been buying clothes off of this site for about a yr or 2 now and I hv no complaints everything fits perfectly and I get tons of compliments from men n women on the clothes. Will definitely continue being a loyal customer
