There are certain types of cards that I buy from this company regularly for their design and quality. For example Christmas and Easter.
The website would be better with a little tweaking to enable customers to find precisely the item that is required.

How do you justify the exorbitant delivery charge ?
Excellent service . . . . . BUT . . . . . . how do you justify the exorbitant delivery charges ? I've checked Royal Mail's list and you are charging far more than BOTH
1st AND 2nd class costs for sending a card which cost
less than half of the deliverycharge,
