Good products, but disappointing customer service and broken promises
I’ve been a long‑time customer and recently ordered one of JustFoodForDogs’ new products. Before purchasing, I specifically asked whether they would honor a refund if our pups didn’t like it — especially since it was a brand‑new formula. I was told yes, even though we had ordered and been refunded for a different item in the past.
Unfortunately, when our dogs didn’t like the new formula and I reached out, they refused to honor the refund they had previously promised. It was frustrating to be told one thing before ordering and then something completely different afterward.
The food itself is usually great, but customer service matters just as much. If a company gives their word, they should stand by it. This experience left me disappointed and questioning whether I can trust future commitments from them
