Exceeded all my expectations
I used Justice Direct to send out a lawyer signed demand letter and later to help file my small claims case. I started off hiring JusticeDirect…
I started off hiring JusticeDirect thinking I just needed help finding out which of the many entities I would actually be suing. However, it turned out that there was much more advice that I would end up needing to be successful with my case. I worked exclusively with Franceska. She answered all of my questions promptly and accurately, and I had quite a few questions, as my experience was limited and the procedure can be quite complicated. Working with her was a pleasant experience. She made me feel supported throughout the process, and she stayed with me until the very end. The lawyer's opinion of the case was also useful. The result was a total success and I could not have made this happen without JusticeDirect.

Navigating Small Claims is not easy, especially if you have a complex case. Justice Direct was with us through our entire case and were of great assistance working against a difficult defendant - from legally analyzing our claim to service of process of someone who was living out of state to preparing and filing the multiple exhibits. Ultimately we were able to successfully recover. Throughout the process, JD responded quickly to our many questions and provided expert guidance. Highly recommend this service.

I am so glad I chose Justice Direct

Not for Demand Letters
I would not recommend using JusticeDirect in the context of other, cheaper, more successful options. I attempted to use JusticeDirect to send a demand letter to Meta regarding a wrongful suspension of my Facebook and Instagram accounts; I anticipated an attorney who would call me and speak to me about my case. For $300.00, I communicated with JusticeDirect only through text, and did not receive any direct communication with my attorney, instead speaking to a customer service representative. The drafting of my demand letter was slow and took almost an entire month -- I was not informed of what the process would look like once it got delivered, and was told that since the letter had been sent, my contract with JusticeDirect was terminated (technically correct, but not the best business model for legal issues). I received no response from Meta (I believe this is because of JusticeDirect's reputation: they are a pay-per-letter rather than a legal subscription. I am deeply disappointed that I did not even receive an acknowledgement of my letter's arrival (I believe this is because JusticeDirect only sent it to one legal address), and wish I could have spent that $300 better elsewhere. LegalShield, for example, costs $30 a month for unlimited demand letters and direct attorney-to-client discussion. Overall, I am saddened that I cannot receive a refund for this letter. If I could receive even a partial portion of the several hundred dollars I spent given Meta not even acknowledging the letter, I would. I recommend looking elsewhere.
