The agent seemed like he didn't want
to be there and didnt seem to like that we were there 30 mins early.
The Peugeot 208 manual was clean but it had an issue when selecting reverse - it would not rev above 1500 with the clutch in, OK for most cars but when you only have 1.0L you need those revs in some situations. We came so close to getting stuck in someones driveway when turning around on a remote narrow road - very close... When I called the emergency number to report the issue the same interested agent answered. When I described the issue he responded "it is impossible"...

This was our third time hiring a car in Crete from Just Rentals. Our flight was late into Chania Airport and therefore we didn’t arrive until approximately 2am in the morning (2hours late). The staff member in the desk welcomed us, quickly sorted the paperwork and gave me a comprehensive induction to the car in got us on our way quickly and safely. The drop off experience was as easy, with a lift back to the door of the terminal. The car was modern, few miles and immaculate. The safety sheet and important contact numbers were provided just incase anything should happen. The super collision cover means no excess should the worst happen, which is reassuring. The staff did not try to up sell me any other products either, which again was reassuring and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. All in all great service (again).

Sono al 6° noleggio con Justrentals / Rental Centre Crete. Mai problemi, auto ben tenute e pulite, addetti alla consegna / ritiro gentilissimi, no franchige e no necessità di Carta di Credito. Personalmente nulla da eccepire e sicuramente ritornerò. Una nota che non riguarda direttamente Justrentals: che senso hanno le recensioni senza commenti ? In partiolare quelle negative. Dare una stella senza dire nulla del perchè non è serio e fa sorgere dei dubbi .... o no ? Senza dimenticare che una recensione negativa priva di motivazioni è totalmente inutile per gli altri utenti.

I rarely write reviews. Writing a car rental review would normally just be the usual complaining about pushy upsell attempts, fakta incident claims etc. But this is the opposite! This is the first time in 40 years I have ever experienced a perfect car rental experience. Super friendly staff, no queue, perfect condition car, all insurance included, 0 excess, 0 problems.
I always thought there must be business in making a car rental company opposite of all the scammy companies - this is it. Rent here and support that!

Nous avons loué avec cette agence à Héraklion. Dès la prise en charge de la voiture, la femme qui s'est occupé de nous n'était pas très agréable. Nous étions pourtant souriants (c'était le début des vacances....). J'ai fait mon possible pour parler anglais en lui demandant pourquoi la voiture était sale. Réponse: il avait plu la veille!! Par habitude, j'ai fait une vidéo de l'état de la voiture. Pendant notre séjour, on nous a "volé" l'antenne. J'ai directement envoyé un mail avec photos à l'appui en expliquant que le véhicule à côté du nôtre avait eu son antenne cassée. Je n'ai jamais eu de réaction. Au retour, je l'ai expliqué à cette même femme qui après avoir passé un appel nous réclamait 50eur pour l'antenne!!! J'ai eu beau expliqué que cela n'était pas du à une mauvaise utilisation du véhicule. Impossible de nous faire entendre. Nous avions pris l'assurance tous risque mais elle déclarait que ce n'était pas couvert!!! Son collègue avait franchement l'air plus avenant.
C'est dommage mais nous ne repasserons plus par cette agence!

I've rented cars all over the world. Just Rentals has the best experience handing out the car I've ever experienced. They took their time showing and explaining the features of the car. We also got a paper explaining about driving in Greece and explained it in person.

The rental came with full insurance included, giving peace of mind. Many other tourist countries in Europe have quite a hefty excess for car rentals as standard, so this is a big plus.

Returning the car was simple, driving to their location and giving them the key. After a quick check, they gave a thumbs up, and off we went.

Der relativ kurze Fußweg vom Flughafen Chania zum Abholschalter ist sogar in einem animierten Video abrufbar. Wir fanden einen sehr freundlichen, geduldigen Mitarbeiter vor, der uns alles genau erklärte. Der Wagen war top gepflegt und fast neu. Keine zusätzlichen Versicherungen weil schon alle zu einem Superpreis vorhanden waren, keine Kaution, faire Tankregelung. Alles spitze und ohne Probleme gelaufen. Sehr professionell und freundlich. Weiter so!

We can't recommend these guys enough. We hired a car for a month whilst on Crete. Their comms was perfect, dropped the car off at our air BnB, reasonable pricing, excellent insurance , pleasure to do business with, ran us back to our air BnB at the drop back, and then recommended the best ice-cream we've ever had!! In an industry notorioius for bad actors, these guys were AMAZING!

Da unser Flug um 2 Uhr in der Nacht startete,
konnten wir den Schlüssel einfach in den Briefkasten werfen.
Wir werden nächstes Mal bei Just Rentals buchen.

Abbiamo noleggiato la macchina per la nostra vacanza a Creta dopo aver letto tutte le recensioni positive e non possiamo che confermare..
Allo sportello sono tutti gentilissimi e non ci sono tempi di attesa arrivi e ti consegnano la macchina, tutte tenute molto bene e pulitissime.. noi abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema, abbiamo rotto lo specchietto e l’assistenza è stata velocissima e molto efficiente si sono proposti subito di sostituirci la macchina ma per noi non ce n’è stato bisogno, nessun costo aggiuntivo per la riparazione nonostante il danno è stato causato da noi.
Straconsigliato per una vacanza tranquilla e senza pensieri

We originally booked a car w this company and paid for 4 days. The airline changed our flight so we could only be in Crete for 3 days instead of 4. We informed the rental company immediately but they still charged the same price and refused to give any refund.

Hat alles top geklappt. Auto haben sie ins Hotel gebracht und auch wieder abgeholt. Jederzeit wieder!

Great, friendly, no hassle service. Would definitely use them again. Small car, as we'd asked for, but suitable for what we wanted. Nice, personalised greeting when returning the car. Very impressed.

Für 12 Tage gemietet. Top Preis. Bei Abholung war alles vorbereitet. Keine zusätzlichen Versicherungen. Keine Kaution! Abwicklung in fünf Minuten. Koffer wurden eingeladen und eine vernünftige Übergabe mit Einweisung gemacht. Bei Rückgabe wurde das Fahrzeug sofort kontrolliert und für ok befunden. Auch hier super schnell und vor allem sehr zuvorkommend. Danke. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten als Gruppe drei Mietwagen von unterschiedlichen Anbietern für eine Woche gemietet. Justrentals war die einzige Firma, bei der es keine Probleme gab. 10 Minuten zur Abholung, 5 Minuten zur Abgabe. Neuwertiger, sauberer Wagen

Meine Frau und ich hatten für 9 Tage (23.04.2022 - 02.05.2022) einen Mietwagen in Heraklion, Kreta bei Justrentals gebucht. Der Weg (2 Minuten) vom Ausgang Flughafen zur Mietstation wurde in einem kleinen Video dargestellt, so dass man keinerlei Suchschwierigkeiten hatte.
Die Formalitäten wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit abgehandelt und die Funktionsweise des Autos professionell und absolut freundlich erklärt. Keinerlei Zusatzkosten, ein hervorragendes Auto, Abgabe des Autos (wir sind sehr früh wieder zurück geflogen) durch Abstellen auf dem Gelände und Schlüsseleinwurf in den Briefkasten. Alles vollkommen entspannt. Wir mieteten in Südeuropa häufig Autos in unserem Urlaub und hatten es mit einigen Vermietern zu tun, ... so eine hervorragende und professionelle Abwicklung haben wir aber noch nicht erlebt. Rented from Chania Airport in Crete, 24 Sept - 2 Sept 2020. Really great service. Picked up at Chania Airport immediately on arrival. 10 minutes to complete the admin. No silly pre-paid fuel policy. Paid extra for all inclusive insurance policy, allowing worry free rental. All the staff were really efficient, helpful and friendly. The car provided was spotless, and drove perfectly. Excellent service all round.
