Great service

Highly recommend

Working with JustTip for my restaurant has been great from start to finish. Their onboarding and support have been 10/10 and the fact that I no longer have to pay national insurance is amazing. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for help with their tronc.

Very good system for tipping but concern about information

Very good system for tipping. Tips arrive promptly. My major concern is that, as an employee, I cannot see the gross amount tipped or any detail on the charges/fees deducted before the net amount is split. Obviously my employer can see this but I should be able to see this information with risking annoying my employer.

Transparency with the employees

The idea is lovely and so practical, but as an employee we never knew who managed the incomes and we used to receive our tips once a month or not even that. Will be nice if the employees could see how much they receive and how it is split between the staff.

Always receive tips on time! Great service would definitely recommend to other businesses to use especially because it’s so easy for customers to use !

Just discovered a 25cent transaction on…

Just discovered a 25cent transaction on my credit card statement. Have never tipped 25 cent in my life!! Don't know how this happened! Any thoughts??
