This is the second time I have bought gifts for friends from Juvi and have to say their pieces are fab and wrapped beautifully. I especially love the speedy delivery and also the fact that there aren't hidden costs at checkout!

Very pleasant experience. Made an order on Tuesday and was delivered on Thursday the same week. Outer packaging compostable. Very happy overall.

Wrong Hoops

I was so exited when the Large hoop earring were back in stock! I already own two pairs of them but sadly I lost one of my silver ones in march. I signed up for the “tell me when back in stock” on the website and ordered it right away when I got the mail…I received my parcel yesterday and I’m devastated :( the hoops are much thicker and even smaller as the ones I own. They even use the “old” pics on the website….I paid so much money and now I have been sold a totally different kind of hoops :( I complained right away and currently are waiting for the reaction….I clearly don’t pay by myself for return from Germany to Ireland when they messend up my order! I will describe my experience and change the review if they react in a prober way! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Update: The gave me a full refund and on top I was gifted with the earrings as a compensation for the inconvenience it caused me. So I changed my former „one-star“ up to three!

I absolutely love the bracelet and juvi designs in general I actually buy juvi for my mother and friends EVERY year but unfortunately they do tend to break a lot - and Also I’ve asked twice for no box and they sent both times in a box ( they were for me I didn’t need a gift box)

I bought a gold necklace which arrived with a fault - there is a knot on it and the necklace is so thin and flimsy that it can't be untied.
I contacted customer service and they confirmed I could return in Arnotts. I travelled all the way to Arnotts and I was told I can't return in the shop. I showed them the email but staff could not process the return without the manager's card (manager was not there yesterday).
In parallel I received a second email from customer service telling me how to return via post.
What a mess. One of the worst experiences ever had, both for quality and service.

I have many pieces of Juvi that I have bought throughout the years and I truly ❤️ them all. The new Relic collection is my favourite and I
wear my mermaid necklace all the time. Juvi are so passionate about their work and it reflects in every piece. I love gifting pieces to friends too as I know their face lights up when they see the beautiful Juvi packaging coming with a gorgeous treasure inside. I would highly recommend

Love my Juvi jewellery, I love how they come out with different collections. All the gemstones are gorgeous, but I especially love Aqua and Moonstone. I recently bought some beautiful pearls for a wedding. I bought on line and I love their packaging. Highly recommend.

Beautiful jewellery all made in Ireland and very friendly staff. Cant recommend them enough!
