Awesome Company!!

I was having trouble getting a refund from a different company and JVZoo told me if I had a problem with the other company to let them know and they would step in to help resolve it. They did exactly that! They stood behind what they said and did so in a very quickly manner. I appreciated it, they are an awesome company! Thanks again!!

There is a page on their webad CSbsite that…

There is a page on their website that directs you to refunds but that's as far as I got. Sent numerous emails directing to that page. No clear effort on their part to refund my 264.00 back. I put my cursor on the next page and when I tried to back out the system charged me.

I purchased this product and wasn't… CAN'T GET A REFUND

I purchased this product and wasn't quite ready to use it. I've opened up a ticket for a refund and have been getting nothing but a run around. They tell me I have to close the ticket first before I can get a refund. This has been going on for several weeks. They keep putting me off. Scam company. I think they do this so after the 30 day refund policy, I'm no longer able to get the refund.

Your platform won't let me in and keeps…

Your platform won't let me in and keeps asking for .Oregon money when I complained and requested a refund I was assured I'd get it back but to this day I've still nit reviewed my refund it's been over two months.

Keeping vendors honest

When a vendor failed to honor its refund policy, I asked JVZoo to intervene and they did. The refund was provided and they promise to monitor this vendor for further such incidents and to take further action if warranted.

Can't ask for more than that.

No hassle refunds

No hassle refunds. I didnt have to deal with the seller offering me other products instead of a refund. Had my money back by 9am the next morning. So easy and painless. Only platform that feels like it cares about and actually listens to the customer.

Bought the Proverbs Profits thru JVZoo…

Bought the Proverbs Profits thru JVZoo and it charged my card $297.00 - 10 times, which came out of no where, along with the original cost of the product of $67.00 + $19.99, trying to get the credit card company to dismiss the charges as it was not part of the advertisement. How legit is jVZoo? Or this company? It's been almost 4 days and still have not received any login links to get into the program I purchased.

After watching the video I changed my…

After watching the video I changed my mind because it started getting pretty expensive! After 187.00 dollars which I did not expect to pay. And even after the 187.00 dollars that was charged to me account there was an offer to protect against ciber attacks for another 129.99. Which of course I refused.Too expensive for me. And I’m not going to say that it’s a scam because I’d rather not even take that chance right through here that it may be. There is three transactions pending in my account. First one is WHOP*JVZOO MARKET PLACE for 129.99. Second one is for WHOP* JVZOO MARKET PLACE for 19.99. And the third one is for WHOP*GOLDBOT AI for 37.99. I need the full amount refunded ASAP! I did reach out to JVZOO through email and received a ticket number but the transactions were done almost 6 hours ago and I still have not been refunded. Then the phone number that I tried to call for JVZOO before even leaving an email for my refund has just been busy all day which has made me very uncomfortable. Also this is Shareena Hunter so there’s no confusion as far as that goes! Please provide my refund back to my payment method that I provided in the email.

I have requested my money refunded several times and get the rub around. I should’ve realized earlier on in the process that this was fishy when they kept asking for more and more money. I just want my hundreds of dollars back ASAP
