Thank you for your honest feedback, and we appreciate your patience. However, we would like to clarify a few operational facts:

Your shipment involved a consolidated 1688 sourcing order, with multiple product categories and several suppliers who had no stock at the time—they required additional production lead times. This was beyond our control.

Unlike many international suppliers, 1688 vendors do not provide export‑ready documentation. Rita had to manually prepare every single document—packing lists, customs declarations, and booking notes—for each batch, ensuring perfect alignment with your cargo.

Your nominated forwarder, DSV, has very strict and specific documentation requirements. We followed every one of their instructions to avoid customs holds or penalties, which inevitably took extra time.

We agree that coordination could have been smoother, and we are reviewing our internal workflows to improve response times. That said, we did prioritize your shipment throughout—Rita was in constant communication with both suppliers and DSV, even when progress was slow.

We respect your verdict: we are a cost‑effective option for budget‑conscious clients, but we are also working hard to become more reliable for time‑sensitive shipments. We hope you might give us another chance in the future.
