Terrible company! My son enjoyed the services once, so I bought him a gift card for Christmas.

He died in February of cancer. I have repeatedly called and emailed this business about a $100.00 refund. They won't do it even though I informed them of my son's death before the expiration date. This is a cruel and unprofessional response to the mother of a dead son. They can make it right by refunding the $100.00

I learned a lot about how to take care of my scalp and hair. It was relaxing too.

This was absolute perfection! This was a first time experience for me so I did not know what to expect. I appreciated how educational Jynx was, explaining the process and purpose, what things meant and introducing what he was doing or going to do. I felt very much at ease, relaxed and comfortable. The ambiance of the salon, music and lighting were warm and welcoming. His gentle nature and spirit were easy to connect to. He’s also funny and outgoing, which makes him easy to joke around with. I very much enjoyed my experience and booked an appointment for my daughter and signed up for a membership.

What a great experience. I recently completed chemo and radiation, and was very concerned about my scalp health. Jynx is very knowledgeable and had a-lot of good advice on how to best care for my scalp and new hair growth. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I will definitely be making routine visits!

So relaxing and enjoyable!

This was my first time using a head spa service and Jynx Head Spa was amazing. The suite has a relaxing “zen” feel to it. Jynx is super friendly and welcoming. He starts with a consultation/scalp evaluation and recommended wash schedule. He has you complete a survey with preferences for your experience. The service is relaxing and refreshing. Will definitely return!

I’ve been trying to find a head spa for a while after seeing them on TikTok and was so excited when Jynxd opened up nearby. It was exactly what I expected and really enjoyed the head massage and scalp analysis. You can really see a difference in your scalp pre and post session which is really cool. I would definitely go back as it was very relaxing and exactly what I needed to end my week.

Jynx is a very knowledgeable professional and you can tell he cares deeply for the services he provides. His enthusiasm is contagious. By the end of the appointment I was excited about healthy hair and a clean scalp!! The appointment was both a relaxing and educational experience. And my hair looked and felt FABULOUS when Jynx was done working his magic! I'll definitely be a regular at this salon.
