The best thing about this experience was the people. Suryansh and Shomick were a delight to work with. They explained things well and were respectful of my ignorance when it came to all things technical. They improved the quality of my website from 22 to 56. I really enjoyed working with them.

I was sent three spam email from a random gmail address. The company name was never mentioned. No opt-out. I replied to third email and asked for the report regarding my website. Next is a phone call - no email. Wanted to meet to discuss the report. m****@k2rankingstech.com did send me the report. Thank you. I was then told they needed to discuss it with because I would not understand any of the terminology.

Okay - let's meet for 15 minutes. Then Ankit joined the meeting to review the report. When I refused to sign up right then and refused to click on any links, he was said there were 100's of me's out there and that he didn't need my money. I thanked them for their time and said I was obviously not their ideal client and that I would not make a commitment at this time because I did not feel the urgency. Ankit then thanked me for wasting his time.

The professionalism is poor. The company reached out to me; I did not solicit them. One does not close sales by being insulting and rude. My gut feeling is to steer clear of this company.

Next thing I know is I have a schpeil sent by v****@k2rankingstech.com referencing my question. At least this email included the actual email address that sent me the original spam, AND had everything an email should (company, address) yet, still no opt-out. When you use random gmail addresses for "marketing," they still must adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act. Bare basics: Who, What, Where and How to be removed from your list. When they break the law on your behalf, YOU are ultimately the responsible party. I have BOTH emails saved for when this review is inevitably challenged. This is a very real-world experience with this company's marketing tactics.

After a bit of a rough start the fact that Shikhar Pratap Singh would not give up moved me to giving them 5 stars. I was patient with them, but they were patient with me, too, even when i wanted to yell at them.

I worked with Sourabh Bhatt and he is very knowledgeable and very kind. Let me tell you how I broke my own website accidentally, and he came to the rescue.

I experimented with Base44 and learned it had many flaws, but I didn't know that it would crash my site which it did.

At the moment, a credit card company sent my new credit card to a fraudulent person who ran up $8000.00 and I am trying to get my business website straightened out but I have no money.

Sourabh said he would fix my website back to what it was when he had worked on it last month ($2000.00 value) and also re-do what he had done for me which was $500 worth of work. He said he would do all of that for $500 so I don't go out of business. He is an honest man and a kind person. I am very lucky I worked with him last month (I took a month off from his services so I could make the money to pay him).

Spammers, I was contacted via an anonymous gmail account and when I replied to find out who it was they replied.

Like one of their other reviews they then moaned to trustpilot who are a complete waste of space as despite me providing the emails headers included removed the review.

Shobhit and his team really communicate with each step of the marketing details they are performing for the business. Outstanding great job highly recommended.
