No delivery and lack of communication
Having seen all the positive reviews on this site, I was excited to work with K3K Investigations.
I engaged K3K to investigate the recovery of data from my stolen iPhone and paid £600 for their service on the 15th of September, 2025.
Chris gave me high data recovery estimates of 70%, saying not all data is lost. After months of waiting, I had to follow up to zero results, with no final report or evidence of any work completed.
I understand that not all recovery was guaranteed, so my main concern is the subsequent handling of the matter and zero data delivery.
Chris agreed in writing to refund 50% of the fee (£300). However, despite following up by email and attempting to contact him, I have not received the promised refund to this day despite countless attempts at communication.
I am disappointed by the lack of resolution and communication regarding an agreed refund. I believe customers should be able to expect clear communication and follow-through when a company makes a commitment of this kind.

I was very frustrated by a situation where I not locate my X husband and I wanted to prevent our mortgage house from being repossessed. The solicitors could not help me because I had not address of my X husband. I was advised by the solicitor to get a private investigator online and so I did. I contacted K3K and I had an amazing response. I talked to Christian who offered very helpful guidelines and after the payment; it took one day and half to locate my X husband who had rented our matrimonial house and moved to outside London and changed his first name. I gave the solicitors the address I was given by K3K investigators and I had an amazing result. I thank Christian and Raphael for their assistance. As a result of their great work I have managed to succeed in proceeding to sell my property instead of it being repossessed. I would recommend anybody who feels frustrated with such a situation or who is looking for a person hiding from you to use this service. it worked for me 100%. K3K investigators followed me up to find out if I was successful showing their duty of care. I am forever grateful.

It was all done with ease and I cannot recommend Christian enough for being so understanding as I was quite anxious about this matter.
Christian was professional and explained everything to me and expressed empathy and such expertise in his field.
I’m very happy with Christians service
I will definitely recommend you guys and use you again if need too.
Warmest wishes Annie.

Exceptional Service from K3K Investigations
I recently reached out to K3K Investigations, specifically Raphael, to address an issue I was facing with an individual. From the initial contact, Raphael displayed professionalism and promptly requested the necessary information for the investigation.
Raphael's clear explanation of the process instilled confidence, assuring me that a comprehensive report would be available within 48 hours. True to their commitment, I received a remarkably detailed report that surpassed my original expectations. K3K Investigations not only delivered on time but also demonstrated efficiency beyond compare.
What sets K3K apart is their quick turnaround time; a mere 48 hours compared to the 10-14 days projected by other services I had considered. This expedited service was a pleasant surprise and a testament to their dedication.
I wholeheartedly recommend K3K Investigations for anyone seeking professional and timely assistance with investigations. Thank you, Raphael and Christian, for exceeding my expectations and providing an exceptional level of service.

I was nervous to initially... but not for long
I was nervous to initially make the call but when I did, Raphael was the person who dealt with my case and I felt very looked after. I was worried I would seem stupid or foolish but his manner and professionalism put me at ease almost right away.
I contacted K3K after a friend recommended them as I was trying to track down a family member that we had lost contact with. To me it sounded stupid that such a thing could happen but Raphael made it seem like a normal thing and listened to the situation of our family.
I can't thank Raphael enough for his help and my family are forever grateful with the help we received. The tracking of this family member was simply to return some valuable items from a family member who had passed but it has ended up in a reunited family.
Eternally grateful to K3K and Raphael
