Received a book nook as a gift that came with faulty lights. Their website claims to replace parts if needed. The first time I requested a replacement I was ignored. After emailing more than a month later they flat out refused to replace the lights even after showing proof of purchase because it was bought from their Amazon store. I asked to purchase them instead and they also refused claiming they don't sell individual parts. I didn't even bother with Amazon as reviews there say they also refused to replace parts. Besides being a scam, the wood they use is incredibly cheap. It chips and breaks more than others. It's the worst nook I've built, and I've built many.

Ordered over a week ago with priority shipping as a gift for someone. Over a week later and it still has not shipped. Company answered emails by basically saying too bad, they’re behind, and will get to it at some point. Even encouraged me to have a refund instead- I declined as I really wanted what I ordered as the gift it’s intended to be. Terrible service and terrible company- spend your money elsewhere.

My wife likes to do crossword puzzles, and this type of puzzle is her favorite. They're clever, intricate, and visually striking, with hidden figures and shapes. They're among the most successful birthday & Christmas presents I've given her.

Cannot trust a company from China that spams you illegally on a private email address that has never been used for commerce or in any connection to them.

This sort of desperation and sleaze is all you need to know never ever ever ever ever have anything to do with them. Buy Local, Buy American --- and report spammers to the FTC, BBB, and to their hosts and registrants. The registrants WILL take action. Is fun. Do it.

I chose the 200 piece puzzle as I wanted something that was a little faster to complete. This was perfect, and way more challenging that I first thought it would be. Some pieces are very tiny, and some are shaped like Buddha, flowers, butterflies and such! I enjoyed it very much and will be ordering more for sure!!
